Which cap should I choose?
Auto-Stop Spout (regular nozzle) — Best for most setups. It works across a wider range of tank sizes, openings, and pouring angles, and it shuts off flow the moment the container you are filling is full. No overflow, no watching the pour.
Ripper Cap — Best when speed matters most. It is spring-loaded: press down to pour, lift to stop. The maker says about 42 seconds for 5 gallons. It is for top-load tanks only, needs a 1.5 inch or larger opening, and only fits current-model jugs.
Storage Cap — Best for transport and long-term storage. Sealed, no spout.
ADAP adapter — Extends the Ripper Cap to small machine tanks and narrow inlets that do not fit the standard Ripper opening.
Which size should I choose?
1.25-gallon / 5 litres — Small tanks, top-offs, and maximum portability. 15 x 6.5 x 6.5 inches, 1.2 lbs empty.
2.5-gallon / 10 litres — Medium equipment and everyday powersports use. 18 x 8 x 8 inches, 1.8 lbs empty.
5-gallon / 20 litres — Bigger jobs, longer days, and fewer refills. 20 x 10 x 10 inches, 2.9 lbs empty.
All sizes use a 1 inch NPT spout thread, are made from multi-layer HDPE, and have a clear view strip so you can see the liquid level at a glance. Their square shape packs tighter for storage and transport than round jugs.
What fluids and jobs?
Water, antifreeze, engine oil, hydraulic fluid, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, solvents, cleaners, transmission fluid, DEF, fertilizer, and performance additives.
Used in industrial work, construction and heavy equipment, agriculture and farm equipment, marine and boating, motorsports and racing, automotive and garage work, lawn and landscape equipment, equipment maintenance, and home and property maintenance.
